Forward Emails Without Original Content or Attachments

You can change your Webmail settings to prevent the original email content and attachments from being automatically included when forwarding an email.

Steps

1. Log in to Webmail.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to the Mail or Composing/Forwarding section.
4. Look for the Forwarding Messages or Original Message option.
5. Select Always do not include the original message.
6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Important

Once this setting is enabled, the original email message and its attachments will not be automatically included when you forward an email.

This helps keep forwarded emails clean and prevents accidentally sharing previous message content or attachments.
