1. How to Create a New Email Account

  1. In your cPanel dashboard, scroll to the Email section and click Email Accounts.

  2. Click the + Create button on the right side.

  3. Configure your new email address:

    • Domain: Select the domain name for the email address from the dropdown (if hosting multiple domains).

    • Username: Enter the prefix for the email address (e.g., info, support, or your name).

    • Password: Enter a strong password or click Generate to create one automatically.

  4. (Optional) Click Edit Settings to adjust:

    • Storage Space: Set a mailbox quota limit or choose Unlimited.

    • Automatically Create Folders: Leave as default.

  5. Click + Create at the bottom to complete the setup.

2. How to Check Your Email (Access Webmail)

You can check your incoming and outgoing emails using two methods:

Method A: Via cPanel Dashboard

  1. Go to Email > Email Accounts.

  2. Locate the email address you want to access from the list.

  3. Click the Check Email button on the right side of that account row.

  4. Select your preferred webmail client (e.g., Roundcube) to open your inbox.

Method B: Direct Webmail Login (Browser)

  1. Open a new browser tab and navigate to:

    • [https://yourdomain.com/webmail](https://yourdomain.com/webmail) or [https://yourdomain.com:2096](https://yourdomain.com:2096)

  2. Enter your full email address (e.g., [email protected]) as the username.

  3. Enter the email account password and click Log In.

3. How to Change an Email Account Password

If you need to update or reset the password for an existing email address:

  1. Navigate to Email > Email Accounts in cPanel.

  2. Locate the specific email account in the list and click Manage.

  3. Under the Security section:

    • Enter a new password in the New Password field, or click Generate.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Update Email Settings.
