To configure your email in Microsoft Outlook:
a. Gather Email Settings
You'll need the following details:

b. Configure in Outlook
- Open Outlook and go to
File > Add Account. - Choose Manual Setup or Additional Server Types, then click Next.
- Select IMAP or POP3 (IMAP is recommended for syncing across devices).
- Enter your Account Information:
- Your Name: Your display name.
- Email Address:
[email protected]. - Incoming/Outgoing Server:
mail.yourwebsite.com. - Logon Information: Enter your email address and password.
- Click More Settings > Outgoing Server Tab:
- Enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
- Select "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server."
- Under the Advanced Tab:
- Set the ports as per the table above.
- Enable SSL/TLS if required.
- Click OK and then Next to test the settings. If successful, click Finish.
